In October, I was lucky enough to attend the Inc 5000 Conference in Phoenix Arizona, a celebration of the fastest growing companies. Inc Magazine (and its sister publication Fast Company) host the best events - killer content, celebrity speakers and excellent networking. This event even included a Gala dinner - so fun and fancy.
This conference is where I learned about Beehiiv. Inc and Fast Company CEO Stephanie Mehta highlighted how the platform is creator friendly which piqued my interest given Substack takes a huge cut of newsletter profit. And then I met Ben Sherry, the author of Beehiiv Inc Magazine cover story. This photo of their CEO surfing with jeans on is epic. And, yes, the migration from Substack to Beehiiv was super painless.
All my Substack followers are automatically moved to Beehiiv, including paid subscriptions. I’ll post on both platforms for the next few weeks to ease the transition but be sure to subscribe on Beehiiv.
Fast forward, now Coffee Communications is partnering with Beehiiv on three events in New York the first half of this year.
So I thought it was fitting to publish my first Beehiiv article sharing my first expert contribution story on Inc Magazine.
